2014 – SADC Agriculture

I don’t sense that we are going to hear much about agriculture. It will play a low-key role and there are certain reasons, strategically, for that. The Lord is putting a low-key plan in place and he is using a number of individuals jointly to start doing that. He is also using our farming skills and expertise in other nations in Africa. The national agricultural strategists will find this alarming. They are not sure how we are going to provide for food security in the nation. The Lord has a greater plan for South Africa in the long run in terms of the development in the other nations, so we mustn’t be alarmed by it. We must allow what the Lord is doing so that He can ensure a basket and a security for a greater area. The strategy is much greater than little South Africa – a much greater regional area like SADC is to be impacted. We will not be able to impact SA as much as we will do across the borders. This will finally flow back into much greater food security for the entire region.

2014 – Research funding in SA

Research in South Africa: I think that research funders are re-evaluating their funding models. There is a real understanding of how important it is for this nation, so funds will be reallocated to this area and in a sense this will be an area of prosperity. Basic research and even applied research will have far more money available.

2014 – SADC: The Safe Haven

I sense such a spirit of peace over the SADC nations and Kenya, even though they have a lot of internal turmoil. The Lord is saying that this is because of the mandate of those nations to be a safe haven. There is specific productive purpose for agriculture- feeding other nations and helping other nations to stabilise. Out of this peace will come a lot of life, which is almost indescribable. This life will be a major thrust that will affect many, many parts of the world. There is a lot of connection between South America and this region of Africa. The Lord is connecting specific people under the radar that will influence both sides making them extremely effective and productive areas, due to the spirit of His peace hovering over these areas.

2012 – Farming

South African farmers who is watching the world/government events trying to discern weather or not to plant now or keep their money in the bank or even to immigrate until it is more stable; I feel that God is warning us to keep planting and keep working in 2012 or else there will be a 3 year “famine” within 8 years. We have a choice in 2012 whether it will come upon us or not. Do not hold back and use the opportunities God provides.

Because of the development taking place in agriculture in South Africa, there will be new discoveries in medicine. This will cause an increase in the export of medicine.
